Laura Cabrera- NLP Therapist

What is the foundation of NLP therapy?

First, we identify your present state. Then we identify your desired state or desired therapy outcome. We also identify the problem blocking your path. Finally, we work together to identify new resources, opportunities, alternatives and options.

We start from the concept that a Problem is the distance between the Present State and the Desired State of the person.

Present State: It is about how, what and who I am at the present moment. It is about all aspects of my present.

Desire d State: It is what I want and what I want to achieve , bringing this desire to the Present State and making it real.

Resource: It is about identifying resources I can use and are available in my inner self. The individual holds all required resources at the right moment and place.
